Why We Don't Offer Refunds
Each AI Visibility Audit is a custom digital product generated specifically for your business. Upon purchase, our proprietary system immediately begins querying multiple AI platforms, analyzing responses, identifying competitors, and generating personalized recommendations. Because this work begins immediately and the report is unique to your business, we cannot reverse, reuse, or resell the deliverable.
What You're Purchasing
The Audit is a one-time diagnostic report. It does not include implementation (available via Managed Services), ongoing monitoring, or guaranteed business outcomes.
Delivery Issues
If you don't receive your report within 24 hours, check spam and contact ryan@westchester-ai.com. We'll re-send promptly.
Disputes
Contact us at ryan@westchester-ai.com with quality concerns. Disagreement with findings does not constitute grounds for a refund.
